    Going to Phuket tomorrow.... and I haven't packed a thing. I was busy, okay??!! Um, busy pigging out on junk food... busy blogging... busy watching TV... busy chatting on the phone with mc( like everyday) ... Okay lah, I'll pack my bag later. I think my snacks will take up, like 3 quarters of it though. Well, I need something to snack on in the plane, right??? Should pack some little games as well. That stupid budget airline lah, never give freebies. It's only a one hour or so flight, but still... Ugh. And I hope their dinner is not too bad. Usually airplane food is terrible. Like very dry and tasteless. Yuck. And the only snacks they give us is peanuts!!! D:< Anyway, I think things will be a bit of a rush tomorrow.


    Ugh tomorrow I have tuition at 9:30 tomorrow in the morning. >:P I usually wake up at 10.00 over in the holidays. ( I watch TV until late at night lah...... )Yeah, yeah, whatever. I'm not an early riser okay, and I never was!!! I find it an absolute torture to wake up so early for school. Okay, okay enough of my complaining. Well, anyway, I'll admit it. To be brutally honest, it's kind of ironic really. I mean, why is this blog called " daysfullofjoy" when the only thing we complain about stuff???!!! Oh well, it's fun anyway, complaining about stuff. Haha. :D

    The Life Science thingy today was not all bad lah......
    1) They give free food!!!! Quite nice some more. mc took like, 3 servings of the bee hoon and Yi Jing took 2. Personally, I like the chicken wings.
    2)The experiments are not those ultra-boring ones like peering through the microscope and drawing what you see. They include some gross ones, like testing urine( real) for diabetes. And squeezing a bananna and soap mixture with your bare hands!!!! ( I did that)
    3) The student volunteers are not those snobbish-snobbish type of girls, they're super nice, really.
    So overall, besides having to wake up so early and having to sit in front annoying boys, it was quite fun. mc can keep her life.

    Today my mom brought us to watch the Indiana Jones movie. Her company sponsored the free movie tickets lahh...... oh- about the movie. I thought it was okay but I still like Temple of Doom( my fave) better. My brother said The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull's villain deserved a more horrible death. Like your eyes frying up and you bursting into flames is a great way to die!!! He has a few warped opinions sometimes but I think he's just sore that the villain was a girl. anyway peeps, this is your holiday homework:
    1) Maths 'my pals are here' testpaper
    2) Chinese newspaper cutting
    3) Chinese book review ( Just grab a tiny book, skim through it and write down the obvious details)
    4) Chinese journal every week ( For those skivers out there like me, wehave to do at least 1 pharagraph

    Anyway, all those aspiring 5A debators- write a long speech packed with cheem words to impress our-form-teacher!!! The topic: The only thing people are interested in today is money. We're the proposition(I think) Yah lah I wasn't actually listening to him okay >:P.

    BRING ON THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!!!!!
    It's the end of school!!! And good riddance too :D!
    merriamwebster's definition of school= an institution for the teaching of children
    My definition of school= an institution of the torturing of children
    I mean, who seriously likes school? (Okay, MC does, but she's a retard)

    Anyway, about school today. There was a mega-huge glitch and somehow Ms. Lim Li Joon calculated something wrong for like, everyone's paper. D:< And she was like so shocked!!!! But at least we missed almost the whole lesson. She could only go through a zhi shi hua bao :). Oh yeah- Mr Ng gave us 10 minutes extra for recess today!!! So we got a total of 30 minutes for recess :D Really cool eh???

    Ugh, so today in the music room, some of the boys came back carrying huge stacks of worksheets, and we were like, "????" I mean, it's bad enough that we're stuck here listening to this horrible corny Chinsese song and suddenly they come trooping in and say "Mr Tseng wants us to do this Maths worksheet for holiday homework"!!!! It's one entire testpaper! That Mr Tseng is getting smarter. I mean, he purposely asked the boys to give us the worksheets instead of doing it himself and we can't march up to him, scream in his face, and clobber him. D:< That's cheating!!!! But chill, peeps... coz' tomorrow is the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!! (Applause) Well, sure, we DO have a whole lot of homework, but picture this: No more boring lessons, no more teachers making unreasonable requests, no vice-principal shouting and screaming about ankle-socks, no occasional Mr. Ng so-boring-can -fall-asleep talks, and all those other things we detest so much about school!!! Paradise, eh???

    Oh yeah- and the NAPFA today-I don't wanna talk about it, it was absolute torture. And yes, I got almost last for position. Happy now??!!!

    3 more days to the last day of school, peeps. (Not the last day of the year, lah- it'll be too good to be true. >:p) Anyway, so the 1.6km run is this Thursday. I am sooo gonna fail. I mean, my running totally sucks. Literally. And where will it be held again? Oh, whatever. And I think we'll be running 4 rounds there. And since we had to run 8 laps in the school field, that means 1 round=2 laps on the school field. And I thought 1 lap on the school field was tiring already! I was already sweating like a pig then. Hey, I told you running is not my strong point okay??!! Well, class was like, boring today( as usual) . Oh yeah- and mc, darn you lah!!!! Um, it's a funny story.

    At about 11am, we went for a walk at Bishan park. It was like, super hot so we were sweating like pigs. Anyway, when we went to the edge of the pond to have a look, (No we didn't fall in)and guess what we saw. At first I thought it was a net of some sort but when I got a closer look, I discovered it was a trolley. No, not those small go-to-the-market type, it was those huge Fairprice/Giant pushing trolleys. Talk about horrible pollution!! I mean, what kind of inconsiderate fool would be like, wheeling a trolley over to the pond and go like, 'Oh let's push this trolley into the pond' ??!! D:< Alright alright, I'm not going to go on about the terrible destructive effects of pollution, we've all had enough Science this term. But really! Okay, moving on. Then we came to this really cool playground to rest for a bit. And there was this fun circular disk of some sort which was slanting up. You're supposed to sit on it, hold and tight and spin round. I felt like the moon revolving around the Earth. Okay okay, enough Science!!! Then I fell down. I wouldn't like to exaggerate about it okay! And I cried. KIDDING!!!! It wasn't pain at all lah! But it was fun.....no no, not the falling down part, the playing part of course.

    Oh yeah- and only 4 more days to the last day of school!!!!


    Ha, spent the weekends relaxing..... not doing work at all. :D Happiness is after the exams. I mean, after those weeks of gruelling studying and murderous exams which lasted like, forever, we finally get to play a bit. Okay, I admit my exam results for my languages was a bit of a letdown, but it's ALL OVER. Until term 3 exams that is. (Gulp). Anyway, cast away all thoughts regarding the exams for the time being and chill....

    LET THE COUNTDOWN FOR THE HOLIDAYS BEGIN!!!!!

    Only 5 more days to the last day of school and the start of the school holidays!!!! Woohooo!!!!!!!

    More exam results came out today. I am SOOOO bad in my languages. But I actually improved for maths and there was a huge improvement for Science. I mean, helloooo??? There's a huge gap between 79.5 to 91. And yes, I admit, I really got that bad last term. Well, it's not my best subject, okay??!!! Anyway, feeling nervous for HCL. If I got that bad for normal chinsese, then the Higher chinsese paper would be a nightmare. (scary music.) Probably get a big fat zero!!!

    I have the most important piece of news to announce:

    THE EXAMS ARE OVER!!!!!

    OK, let's face it, it was yesterday. But I was at MC's house and I didn't come online, OK?!! Anyway, the teachers let us see some of the exam results today. I scored, like, ultra bad lohr!!! I minused 12 marks for section 2 for both Cl and EL. GRR.... Toughie. I really hope that the answer is BC for the maths thingy coz I worte that. BC FOREVER!!!!!! Um, not literally...

    Ugh-sorry peeps, been too busy these few weeks- was busy cramming for the exams. Science was sooo hard today lor!!!!! I think I've been deducted like, 10 marks already. D: Sucks lohr...
    I could have been celebrating the end of the exams today, but NOOO....my parents wanted meh to take higher chinese. I mean, HELLO???!!! My chinese is already bad enough. Anyway, good luck for HCL the rest of ya. :D
